The Website + Automation package includes the agreed AI conversation tools, missed-call text-back, appointment scheduling, lead pipeline, notifications, and follow-up automations.
* Customers are responsible for all usage-based and third-party charges, including text messages, calls, phone-number rental, AI conversations, email usage, A2P fees, domain fees, premium applications, payment-processing fees, advertising expenses, and other third-party charges. A2P approval is subject to carrier and registration requirements. Smart Connect Marketing will complete the setup and registration process, but final approval cannot be guaranteed because it is controlled by outside carriers and registration providers.

A Complete Website and Customer Connection System
Smart Connect Marketing helps small businesses improve their online presence and stay connected with potential customers. We can remodel an existing website or build a new website for a business that does not currently have one. We then connect the website with customer communication, appointment scheduling, and lead follow-up tools.
Choose Your Website Setup
OPTION 1: EXISTING WEBSITE REMODEL
This setup option is for a customer who already has a usable website and connected domain. Smart Connect Marketing will perform a standard remodel using the customer's existing website, content, photographs, and business information.
The $250 setup may include:
- Standard design and layout improvements
- Improved mobile responsiveness
- Reorganization of existing content
- Updating customer-supplied photographs
- Updating normal business information
- Improving calls to action
- Connecting the services included in the selected monthly package
- One standard revision round before launch
- Website and connection testing
The $250 price does not include a complete rebuild, additional pages, extensive copywriting, custom coding, e-commerce, professional branding, or advanced integrations. Those services require a separate quote or the Complete Website Build option.
OPTION 2: COMPLETE WEBSITE BUILD
This setup option is for a business that does not currently have a website or needs a complete website built from scratch.
The $500 setup includes:
- A standard small-business website
- Up to five core pages or major sections
- Mobile-responsive design
- Home, About, Services, Contact, and FAQ content
- Customer-supplied logo, photographs, and business information
- Contact or quote-request form
- Calls to action
- Connection of services included in the selected monthly package
- One standard revision round before launch
- Website and connection testing
The customer must own or purchase a domain before launch. Domain registration and renewal fees are paid separately by the customer.

We Build and Connect Everything
We remodel your existing website or build your new website. We then configure the services included in your package, which may include contact forms, appointment scheduling, website chat, missed-call text-back, lead notifications, a basic pipeline, and agreed follow-up automations.
We Test and Launch
Before launch, we test the website, forms, appointment scheduling, notifications, calls, text messages, and connected workflows. You review the website and provide final approval before it is published.
We Continue Managing The System
After launch, Smart Connect Marketing continues hosting and maintaining the Smart Connect-built or remodeled website and managing the connected services included in your agreement.
The ongoing service costs $150 or $350 per month depending on your selected package.
This is a monthly managed service. If the service is canceled or ends, you keep the website we built for you, but all Smart Connect-managed automations, chat, and connected services will be disabled.
The customer continues to own their domain. To transfer the final website assets and hosting control to you, there is a one-time $300 website release fee.

TEXT-MESSAGING REGISTRATION
Businesses using standard A2P registration generally need an EIN and the exact legal business name and address associated with that EIN. A qualifying sole proprietor without an EIN may be eligible for the sole-proprietor registration option.
Other registration and messaging information may include:

- Website address
- Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Description of how customers consent to messages
- Approved message examples
- Opt-in, HELP, and STOP language
- Confirmation that purchased or scraped contact lists will not be used
Only the items applicable to your selected services are required. Missing access, content, approvals, or registration information may delay your launch.
Monthly Service and Agreement Terms
MONTHLY SERVICE:
Smart Connect Marketing is an ongoing monthly service. Your monthly payment covers the continued hosting and management of your Smart Connect-built website and the connected services included in your written service order.
30-DAY CANCELLATION WINDOW:
Your agreement includes a one-time cancellation window during the first 30 calendar days. If you decide the service is not right for your business, you may provide written cancellation notice during that period. Setup fees and charges already earned or incurred are not refundable after work begins.
SIX-MONTH INITIAL TERM:
The initial agreement lasts six months beginning on the effective date. If you do not cancel during the first 30 days, you are responsible for the remaining monthly payments through the end of the six-month initial term.
AFTER THE INITIAL TERM:
After the six-month initial term, service continues month-to-month unless either party provides at least 30 days' written notice.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SERVICE ENDS:
When the service ends, you keep the website we built for you. However, all Smart Connect-managed forms, automations, chat widgets, calendars, phone routing, AI features, and other connected services will be disabled and removed after the paid service period ends.
Your domain remains your property. You are responsible for managing your website hosting after cancellation.
Please note that there is a one-time $300 website release fee to transfer the final website assets and hosting control to you.
IMPORTANT:
Final terms are contained in the signed Website and Automation Service Agreement. If information on this webpage conflicts with the signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
